Welcome to the website of the social and economic psychology group at the University of Vienna!
On this website you can read about our team, research and teaching.
Our research and teaching mainly draws on two disciplines to study human perception and behavior:
Social Psychology, i.e., the study of people’s thoughts, feelings and behaviors in imagined or actual interactions with others.
Economic Psychology, i.e., the study of people’s thoughts, feelings and behaviors in economic situations.
We're driven by a shared set of core values that define who we are and how we work together. Explore our team values in more detail here.
